Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 4th Aug'22 and 8th Sep'22
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
B-ABLE is widely recognized that India faces skill gaps on a large scale. In India, to fulfill the need for skilled labor, employers either end up spending a lot of resources on on-the-job training or manage with suboptimal. B-ABLE launched its initiative in 2009 with a model skill training campus at Dehradun. Since then, B-ABLE has extended its reach extensively and is now present in 11 states of India with 33 own centers. BASIX Academy for Building Lifelong Employability Limited (B-ABLE), an initiative for those whose schools could not complete their education, is working towards enhancing the ability of the under-educated and the under-skilled to become self-employed, find meaningful work and continually upgrade their competencies by offering them technical, commercial and life skills. B-ABLE is a subsidiary of BASICS Limited, the pioneering organization in micro-finance and livelihood promotion.
