Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Monitoring the day-to-day operations
2. Analyzing key lane performance of first & last mile operations
3. Emphasizing to enhance the clients' satisfaction
4. Monitoring the speed of delivery, volume, and the root cause of fluctuations
5. Coordinating directly with clients, operations, and billings
6. Attending team meetings to address various constraints
7. Sharing MIS reports with allocated clients
8. Providing proactive inputs in external & internal flaws/changes and analyzing results of operations to discover more efficient ways to utilize resources
9. Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor's presence & their strategy
10. Promoting the importance and meaning of servicing through regular communications (these include explaining the vision, benefits of service associates, their role in achieving success, new processes or tools, progress updates etc.)
11. Acting as a one-stop solution for clients
12. Developing a clear understanding on internal & external requirements
13. Providing input in the area of collaborative planning and recommending new approaches & processes that ensure seamless communication between the client & servicing team and servicing team & the operations team
