About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on proactively tracking each week's customers' subscriptions requirements in terms of addition, removal, upgrades and other OEM billing requirements
2. Working on the completion of customer subscription provisioning requirements using OEM provided tool-kit
3. Sending each week's report to the manager regarding customer subscription requirement status
4. Working on responsibly communicating if there is any technical challenge with the customer requirement completion
5. Working with the customer for completing onboarding and quarterly connect process to identify unmet and unarticulated customer requirements and putting them into a technical opportunity tool for the sales team to work upon
6. Working closely with OEM customer billing team to resolve the issues related to technical problems with billing or, license/subscription provisioning
7. Committing to delivering quality work done on your own, only
8. Ensuring that the access to working internet connection, laptop/desktop and a smartphone is there to complete the weekly tasks successfully

6. Must have the capability to research the internet as per the task requirements

7. Must have the capability to re-apply a solution on repeated similar problems once, the solution has been agreed upon, furthermore, to document the learning into an article for ready reference later on

8. Must have the flexibility to work with shifting market conditions and organizational requirements
