1. Assisting with data entry and analysis using MS-Excel to track inventory and sales
2. Communicating with team members and clients in spoken and written English to ensure smooth operations
3. Creating and updating documents and reports using MS-Word and MS-Office
4. Supporting the operations team in daily tasks and projects to improve efficiency
5. Participating in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and solutions
6. Assisting with customer service inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
7. Learning and adapting quickly to new tasks and responsibilities to support the team's overall goals.
