1. Support the sales team with processes, measurement, tracking, and analytics relevant to their functional areas
2. Refine lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performance
3. Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes
4. Track key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment of the marketing campaigns
5. Own the end-to-end operations process of tracking the sales
6. Assist with onboarding clients and coordinating with on-field team members
