About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling vendor management (vendor account managers)/vendor escalations
2. Handling courier NDR/bills clearance, disputes, vendor performance pickups
3. Handling customer returns management and escalations queries resolver
4. Handling order dispatcher according to best fit, overall dispatch management
5. Working on new vendor acquisitions/planning and developing business strategy with vendors
