1. Lead the operations team to ensure orders are timely packed with the highest safety standards and as per brand packing guidelines
2. Liaise and collaborate closely with 3PL partners like FedEx, Shiprocket, India Post, etc to schedule pick-ups, reverse and raise escalations to ensure timely deliveries
3. Coordinate and communicate well with the customer support team
4. Coordinate purchasing, invoicing, transportation, quality checks, report submission specific to vendors (vendor management)
5. Maintain an inventory log with issues and defects specific to each vendor and
ensure returns are being sent at regular intervals and preparation of return reports
6. Ensure all invoices, debit notes, LR copies, etc are uploaded in databases timely for smooth coordination with accounts
7. Regularly update the Shopify backend inventory on inwards/outwards
8. Proactively find out measures to control cost, improve efficiency and ensure quality across the operations process
9. Maintain petty cash reports, receipt files, and miscellaneous admin tasks
