About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1.Dealing with enquiries over the phone, understanding customer's need and acting upon them.
2.Researching rates and discount within the travel industry to maintain competitive rates and deals
3. Working on accurately recording information on the company database and regularly reporting back to the management.
4.Assisting clients in making travel arrangements for business and holiday purpose.
5.Helping and providing Quotes to find the best values options available and making bookings for transport, accommodation, and sightseeing activities.
6.working in coordination with vendors for better service to passenger.
