About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Operations Manager to lead and manage day-to-day operations across Yawlit's business verticals. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth coordination between our services, garages, customer support, and product delivery while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight:
- Supervise daily activities across car wash, servicing, inspection, detailing, and repair services.
- Ensure timely task execution by coordinating with technicians, field workers, and support staff.
- Assign and schedule cars to appropriate garages based on location, service type, and availability.
Process & Training Documentation:
- Develop and maintain detailed training manuals, SOPs, and checklists for all operational procedures.
- Onboard and train new technicians, field staff, and support team members to uphold service quality.
Customer Handling:
- Handle incoming customer calls, resolve service queries, complaints, and ensure a high satisfaction rate.
- Implement a customer feedback loop to continually refine service quality.
Garage & Vendor Coordination:
- Maintain regular communication with partner garages and service providers.
- Negotiate terms and ensure quality delivery from third-party service vendors.
Spare Parts Procurement:
- Manage procurement of spare parts and consumables from OEM and third-party suppliers.
Scheduling & Resource Allocation:
- Optimize workforce schedules and resource allocation to meet dynamic service demand.
- Ensure timely dispatch and completion of services through effective coordination.
Business Operations Leadership:
- Take full ownership of running Yawlit's operational backbone across multiple verticals.
- Collaborate with the sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure aligned growth.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience in operations/logistics/service management (automotive sector preferred).
- Familiarity with Excel, basic CRM tools, and digital workflow systems.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
- Willingness to be on-ground when needed and lead by example.
