About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Performing configuration and customization of the Salesforce platform
2. Participating in the sales cycle as & when needed (solution definition, pre-sales, estimating, and project planning)
3. Utilizing best practices to perform operational support and enhancements, as needed to the Salesforce platform
4. Following all standard operating procedures (SOP)
5. Engaging in continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development efforts
