About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
2. Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
3. Oversee and coach employees
4. Ensure the safe use of the equipment and schedule regular maintenance
5. Check production output according to specifications
6. Submit reports on performance and progress
7. Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
8. Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
9. Enforce strict safety and quality guidelines and company standards

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 23rd Jul'21 and 27th Aug'21

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Malappuram, Kundapura and neighboring cities

Added requirements

1. Must have experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools

2. Must have organizational and leadership abilities

3. Must have communication and interpersonal skills

4. Must be self-motivated with a results-driven approach

5. Must have problem-solving skills

6. Must have advanced skills in MS Office

7. Must have an M.Tech, MSc, B Tech/BE or relevant field will be an advantage

8. Must have proven experience as production supervisor or similar role for min 6 yrs

9. Must not be more than 40 years old
