Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Go on farm field visits in and around Manali & Spiti (mostly villages) and document various parameters listed
2. Buy produces from farmers directly as designed by the company
3. Make proper operation channels based on 'on-order' basis for both B2B and B2C channels
4. Create a proper distribution channel for the packaged goods to reach our center in Naggar
5. Design a proper network (operational/distribution channel/supply chain network) blueprint for the smooth operations of the company
6. Handle all the glitches and get them sorted & collect the necessary content for the marketing and web development team
7. Manage the 'Farmer Map' system and keep track of the database for business decisions
8. Maintain a detailed log of produces, farmers, agriculture fields and seasons for sourcing, product development, supply chain management, and sales rendering
9. Build new interesting lean models of execution enhancing the capacity of our business. Plan and timely execute various necessary operational details for different product streams
10. You will be provided with a place of stay in Manali. but in Mandu you'll get stay and food.
11. Handle orders and shipments including packaging.
12. stocking and restocking in retails as planned by the company.
13. candidate should be ready to reallocate and travel as and when required.
