About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide remote desktop support to eVanik customers
2. Assist customers in solving their problems
3. Manage the ticketing system of the company
4. Train new customers on the product
5. Maintain MIS of the customer issues
6. Act as a bridge between customers and management
