Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Train the trainer program- each intern shall be training hub/DC supervisors and delivery associates about various processes as per defined program
2. Act as an auditor for each classroom and on-route training
3.Monitor ground operations during peak period and enlist challenges faced
4. Identify activities resulting into shipment/product damages
5. Work on slot monitoring, control fake attempts, bad scans & monitor KPIs
6. Raise the high bar on customer experiences
7. Identify NVA activities and process improvement
8. Support ground ops in critical situations
9. Work on customer liaising & handle escalation specially social media escalations
