About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on ensuring all the Last Mile operational SOP s are followed
2. Prepare and share LM MIS within the time
3. Work on resolving daily operational issues on the ground level
4. Manage interpersonal relations with other departments & the team
5. Work on implementing lean and kaizen projects on the ground
6. Monitor zero missing shipments in terms of value & numbers and also ensures zero fake updates in the software
7. Work on supervising & supporting ground ops during Diwali peak because of a 7X spike in volume
