About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling escalation from high-end levels
2. Analyzing the escalations and accelerate the solutions and impart the knowledge for training use
3. Managing escalation from different business lines
4. Handling all customer complaints promptly and providing resolutions to all complaints received with seriousness and accuracy
5. Setting a clear mission and deploy strategies focused on the mission
6. Developing and improving service procedures, policies, and standards in a timely manner
7. Improving customer service experience, creating engaged customers and facilitating organic growth
