Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing properties of around 10-20 homes
2. Ensuring great guest experience at the properties in the portfolio
3. Managing HK resource
4. Managing operation expenditure
5. Managing the laundry & inventory
6. Being physically present to perform check-in & check-out of guests
7. Auditing the housekeeping and Infra health of the property
8. Collecting payments from pay at hotel guests
9. Collecting and updating the relevant property data
10. Executing the peak management plan
11. Conducting post-transformation audits of the properties

Required Skills:
1. Problem-solving, ready to be on the field, take ownership in doing things
2. Good people management, team building, and management skills
3. Strongly inclined to do high quality and impact work in a dynamic and unstructured environment

Eligibility Criteria:
1. Should have minimum of 60% in the highest degree of qualification
2. No back log in any semester
