Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring we deliver diverse, creative, engaging, and memorable experiences to our guests that are aligned with our brand and mission
2. Handling guest welcome and check-in
3. Handling hostel tour and informing guests of hostel policies
4. Handling travel help including planning, itinerary suggestions, and ticketing
5. Handling cross-selling our other locations; collecting guest feedback during guest stay and check-out
6. Working with the property manager and accounts team on a daily basis; handling guest interaction and servicing
7. Creating in-property events in consultation with the guests; setting the vibe at our locations and encouraging guest-to-guest interaction
8. Promoting a positive and engaging environment for guests, neighbours, and our own staff
9. Managing our in-house experiences like our food walks, bar crawls, heritage walks, etc.
10. Identifying the best experience offering possible for the location which would generate the best experience to our guests
11. Ensuring music played at the location follows the established guidelines
12. Handling unit-level content partnerships to support content creation for the social media team
13. Hosting and supervising influencers
14. Reviewing assessment and management; encouraging guest reviews on all relevant platform
