The incumbent will help manage day-to-day operations like MIS, SAP bill payments for the brand communication function. He/she will be responsible for the creation and dissemination of internal communication. He/she will also be involved working on multi-city event management including liaising with relevant parties internally and externally. He/she will assist in the planning of the annual offsite.
1. Create a monthly MIS
2. Manage the entire SAP billing process end-to-end
3. Design announcements of deals, joinees, and exits and share it with the team members
4. Assist in partnerships with organizations and events to drive opportunities for senior leaders to showcase our strengths and present expert opinions across the country
5. Plan and execute the annual offsite and the entire itinerary of the same
