Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinating all the administration leading to the training, which would include training coordination, the printing of workbooks, ensuring delivery on time, travel/stay arrangement for the trainer, etc.
2. Planning, organizing and implementing the training requirements of the location and at off location too
3. Collecting, compiling and reporting the results of the evaluation, attendance, and training data
4. Creating a pre-post assessment/survey
5. Being a single point contact for complete program co-ordination with the trainers, clients, and BD
6. Maintaining the project tracker/document of all the clients
7. Sharing formatted handout for printing with CREs for each training as per the final agenda approved by the client
8. Sharing standard content with trainers as per client/BD requirements.
