About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on sourcing and selecting candidates
2. Exploring different channels for sourcing candidates
3. Building and executing HR recruitment processes
4. Managing teams and getting things done
5. Creating dashboards/KPI's/daily reports
6. Working on maintaining databases
7. Working on building and executing employee engagement activities
8. Working on innovating strategies to improve the hiring process, increase the selections, and proper coordination with clients and recruiters
9. Working with the IT team to understand the needs of the user better and work towards creating a better user experience and interface based on feedback
10. Working on improving the conversion rates using analytics and machine learning inputs

Note: Candidates will be offered a full-time position based on performance during the internship period which will be ranging from 2.5 - 3.5 LPA.
