As a customer service advisor, you ll work closely with colleagues in your team, and will be passionate and committed to delivering an excellent customer experience with each and every interaction. Ensure that you maintain the high standards that drive our brand, you ll share your knowledge and understanding, and manage yourself against agreed service standards.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist customers in filling up an IT service request form
2. Advise customers on repairs
3. Track service requests from start to completion
4. Liaise with vendors for part procurement and delivery
5. Use and update ITIL tools to manage requests
6. Prepare invoices for clientele
7. Assist in social media management across the company's business pages
8. Assist in content writing for the website and social media posts
9. Update the company's website
10. Perform minor repairs to devices
