About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Tacking dispatched till delivery
Daily/Weekly/ Monthly MIS to customer with exceptions cases
Follow up for exceptions cases
Pre-alert for delays to customers
Exceptions management as per defined escalations procedures
As and when required create/ monitor consignment
Liaise company's operations teams throughout the country
manage email's and calls

Please note the internship is only for 45 days
