Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate with talents enrolled in the StreamKar Star Talent program
2. Plan interesting, revenue-generating content
3. Schedule talent shows as per marketing requirements
4. Manage the entire backend system for SK performers
5. Help package talents, including (but not limited to), showroom design, poster design, guidance in what kind of statuses to upload
6. Develop incentive programs/cooperation models to recruit and ensure retention of performers on StreamKar
7. Adjust the talent criteria from time-to-time, as per marketing requirements
8. Meet talents from time to time to discuss requirements
9. Make weekly reports on feedbacks improvement resources required and necessary change to be made
