1. Take care of customer lifecycle management, Analysis of Customer leads, undertaking checks & policy fitment
2. Manage data input in the loan management system for various customer leads sourced from multiple digital and offline channels
3. Manage and update customers verification documents and records timely
4. Handle loan documentation, regulatory and compliance filing of customer loans
5. Update MIS requirements
6. Liaise with customers for data upkeeping and monitor collections
