1. Work on all core activities of the war room team and are assigned day-to-day activities from a division
2. Monitor tasks, compile progress updates, and develop target lists for their respective divisions
3. Document comprehensively the processes for their respective divisions as outlined in templates
4. Conduct research and deduce findings that will assist in essential decision making for their respective divisions
5. Work as a custodian to the division that is assigned and identify bottlenecks that are potentially derailing from track
6. Escalate the issues arising to the board of directors and seek their resolution in the order of their importance
7. Generate daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to analyze and
ensure the project
8. Analyze regularly all sorts of behaviours and patterns such as bounce rates, time on page, heat-maps and referrals to give detailed insight and in-depth analysis of store performance
