Our product range covers entremets, tarts, praline spreads, bonbons, chocolate bars, nut loaves and a whole lot more. We work exclusively with chocolate garnishes in a fondant-free kitchen and everything you see on our products is 100% edible, Belgian, couverture chocolate.
When Vanilla Miel began our founders were determined to create equal & safe opportunities for women in a kitchen environment. Our current kitchen team is an all-female workforce that strive tirelessly to perfect each dessert that leaves our kitchen. Eighty percent of our work force were previously untrained women, some from factories that closed down, some who can barely read in English, but all of whom come in with a commitment to learn the technical aspects of French pastry & chocolate.
