About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Prepare reports as against data received
2. Maintain warranty list
3. Share AMC with clients going out of warranty
4. Follow up with the client for AMC confirmation and payments
5. Get feedback regarding customer satisfaction
6. Prepare newsletters and send emails to the mailing list
7. Gather data required for keeping the website up to date and share with web developer on a weekly basis
