Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Event Coordination:
Make calls to potential attendees to explain event details and encourage participation.
Assist in planning and executing events, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled efficiently.
Sponsorship Outreach:
Reach out to potential sponsors, explaining event benefits and securing sponsorships.
Maintain relationships with existing sponsors and provide updates on event progress.
Operational Support:
Assist with operational tasks related to event planning, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
Data Visualization:
Help develop and maintain data visualization dashboards and reports to track event performance and marketing metrics.
Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for future events and marketing strategies.
Administrative Tasks:
Support the team with various administrative duties as assigned by senior staff.
Collaborate with existing and new team members to foster a cohesive work environment.
Any other work assigned by seniors.
