Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Oversee the functioning of program and projects, logistics, quality, impact, safety, and effective functioning of the center
2. Manage, support, and assist field staff with the management of volunteers in the program
3. Conduct training & orientation for participants
4. Prepare weekly project plans, allocations, and planning activities required for operation
5. Procure all necessary licenses and certifications
6. Ensure implementation of Health and Safety regulations
7. Manage the program budget, research cost reduction and effective operation initiatives
8. Work with the accounts team
9. Prepare weekly reports (internal & external) on weekly activities, key achievements, developmental areas, etc.
10. Train, develop, and manage staff members and participants
11. Connect and liaise with in-country partners to build and maintain relationships
12. Work as the escalation point for any issues which arise, including participant complaints, medical issues, etc.
13. Develop project and goals as necessary
14. Continuously improve the quality of the programs for the participants
