Prospective Intern is expected to have investigative acumen, keenness and interest towards fraud and operational risk management.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Streamline the functions with respect to process and accounting
2. Identify and update relevant MIS and triggering gaps (if any)
3. Prepare & execute quality check of the reports for life insurance companies with respect to their clients' profile check and other works related to it
4. Liaison with the team of respective client companies and own field colleagues
5. Prepare newsletters after reviewing materials available on the internet related to banking, finance, insurance updates and fraud instances
6. Prepare performance MIS in Excel
7. Publicize the scope of work of the firm and look for work opportunities through digital push
8. Assist in the identification of field executives for possible new locations
9. Prepare a payout comparison or identify candidates to move to fixed pay bracket
