Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on property and bookings management through PMS (property management system)
2. Handle guest relations management (i.e. host game nights, create daily itineraries & excursions, assist guests in spending their time well.
3. Interact with guests and take good photos that can be sent to the social media marketing team
4. Take notes based on interactions with guests that can be used to create social media content
5. Stay live on hostel property and manage day to day operations such as housekeeping, purchase of household items and overall cleanliness
6. Help organize and manage in house cultural events and exhibitions
