Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Interacting and coordinating with multiple stakeholders (IT, learning & development dept, vendor, etc.)
2. Working on the generation of reports as required by management
3. Gaining an in-depth understanding of IT systems and departments
4. Working on project management, testing support, UAT activities
5. Providing day-to-day operation support for smooth functioning of the system
6. Calling and following up with end-users to drive targets for eLearning courses

The role does not require any IT language/programming skills, however, exposure and understanding of the fundamentals of programming/application architecture would be required.
