About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle customer queries and service through chat, email, and through calls (no cold calling, no night shifts)
2. Assist customers by answering service questions; suggesting information about other services
3. Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer requests
4. Assess and identify the opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact and provides the best customers experience
