Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Maintain the uptime of the fleet of electric scooters and manage various aspects like charging operations, fleet redistribution, etc.
2. Manage the relationship with smart cities and collaborate with them to execute on the aspects agreed upon in the engagement model
3. Conduct timely reviews with the city officials to provide them an update on the progress of the adoption in the neighborhoods we operate in and engage them for community support
4. Onboard and manage contractual agents to operate fleet logistics aspects
5. Manage customer support and timely resolution of customer issues
6. Manage vendors and repair technicians to carry out timely maintenance of the fleet
7. Work with the technical team to gain insights from the ground on customer experience and provide inputs to enhance the product
8. Work with local political leadership to address operational challenges faced on the ground
