We are looking for a multi-skilled french-speaking candidate with excellent interpersonal skills for the position of operations intern. You will help improve customer experiences, generate new product ideas, and outline detailed product strategies, among other duties. You will need to work with diverse teams spanning engineering and marketing, requiring both a strong technical background and excellent interpersonal skills.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Determining feature requirements
2. Researching customer experiences and demands
3. Improving customer experiences
4. Outlining a detailed product strategy
5. Managing cross-functional teams
6. Managing product road maps and releases
7. Understanding product selling points
8. Identifying and filling product gaps
9. Generating new product ideas
10. Working alongside engineering teams
11. Working with PR and marketing teams to manage product launches
