Operations (Junior Technical Associate) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Organize and manage multiple training executions simultaneously
2. Coordinate between trainers, vendors and sourcing team
3. Conduct audits of hotel, restaurant, catering, hygiene rating, internal auditing, preparing SOP, etc.
4. Verify and reviewing of documents & preparation & reporting of audit results & pre- processing certification decision
5. Resolve and attending technical issues of clients
6. Maintain up to date files in the system + hardcopy as per procedures & record keeping and storage of files, while maintaining traceability
7. Keep abreast of developments, issues and legislative changes pertaining to food safety and related sectors
