1. Work closely with operations managers to support the day-to-day operations of the organization, including coordinating with different departments, ensuring efficient processes, and managing inventory
2. Analyze data to identify operational efficiencies, challenges, and opportunities, and provide insights and recommendations to operations managers
3. Identify areas for process improvement and develop and implement solutions to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and reduce costs
4. Ensure that operations meet quality standards and conduct regular quality checks to identify areas for improvement
5. Assist in developing training materials and conducting training sessions for employees to ensure they are familiar with operational processes and procedures
6. Conduct research to identify new tools, techniques, or technologies that can improve operations and increase efficiency
