Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage all the interns and ensure they complete their duties regularly
2. Create proper communication with artisans and workers to get the assigned work completed on time
3. Keep track of incoming orders, both online and offline
4. Keep track of sourcing needs and inform management regularly
5. Keep track of product designs and manage backups of prototypes regularly
6. Use technology as often as possible in undertaking all the above tasks
7. Bring innovation in operation management at work
