Operations Internship (Part time)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage sign-ups
2. Manage and update the profiles of makeup artists
3. Act as the main point of contact for the assigned customers
4. Follow up regularly after closing to ensure client satisfaction
5. Manage large amounts of incoming and outgoing calls
6. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
7. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
8. Serve customers by providing product and service information
9. Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other services
