Operations Internship (Part time)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Perform research, and help enrol new counsellors, educators, practitioner for the website
2. Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service
3. Rotate through our divisions of responsibility and provides ideas to grow and improve business operation
4. Engage with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales
5. Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes
6. Become proficient and helps in improving the backend software systems
7. Assist in creating performance reports, competitive reports, reports to facilitate growth of operations
8. Help maintain efficient data by entering new and updated client & customer and account information
9. Process customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies
10. Maintain operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes

Required:

1. Must be proficient in English and performs proof reading on website content, tests the functionality of the website, and mobile application etc
2. Must have worked for an IT start-up and managed operations, ideally for an edu-tech
3. Must be energetic, and willing perform multiple tasks including market research, cold-call marketing, perform data analytics, data entry etc.
