Operations Internship (Part time)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with online classroom instruction and provide support and guidance to students
2. Maintain a supportive, feedback-orientated, and systematic classroom environment
3. Speak to parents, students when they come for counseling. Managing whatsapp groups. Taking product doubts of students through calls/whatsapp. Doing feedback calls. Assisting admissions manager through follow up calls etc
4. Supervise students during the non-classroom time and arrange motivational activities
5. Work closely with the lead teacher to identify issues students are facing and develop appropriate solutions for the same
6. Attend meetings and training sessions & mentor sessions
