About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling various MIS and correspondence (internal and external)
2. Client servicing and cross-selling
3. Preparing insurance premium quotations and preparation comparison for clients and customers
4. Regularly following up for invoices and payments
5. Regularly updating our portal with various details
6. Filing and keeping our records updated
7. Creating master heads for new clients via online portals
8. Data entry of new sale of policies via online portals
9. Writing down control numbers for policies
10. Modifying policy entries using our online portal
11. Making ECS/cheques entries in register & XL sheet
12. Creating bills
13. Filing bills in their respective sections
14. Making data entries regarding marketing expenses paid to employees
15. Maintaining cover notebook entries
16. Working on record keeping
17. Preparing presentations/reports of back-office work and reporting to our management
