Operations Internship (Part time)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage day to day administrative operations
2. Manage and oversee the execution of online and offline tournaments
3. Actively monitor and maintain esports mailboxes and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
4. Help support Higin website and internal tournament tools including data entry, score reporting, and general maintenance
5. Work with Publishing on announcements and social pushes for Higin s events and tournaments
6. Work with the marketing team and taking responsibility for offline marketing for Higin s events and competitions
7. Manage player communications, including travel, prize payments, and concerns
8. Draft a regular schedule of regional competitions and global events
9. Draft and enforce regulations, policies, and rules to be applied in tournaments and events
10. Create an event strategy and design all aspects of events including format, schedule, location, and seeding structure
11. Work with esports team in marketing, conducting esports tournaments across the country
12. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure relevant content is produced to engage PUBGM and FIFA audience
13. Administer and support Higin-run tournaments
14. Provide timely reporting on summaries of events and other esports programs and initiatives
