Operations Internship (Part time)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support the team in scrutinizing the credentials, documents, and factual of employees being on-boarded
2. Initiate the process and ensure closure of checks with the given time frame
3. Handle the follow-up with external entities, to gather reports on the authenticity of documents
4. Utilize different modes of the verification process
5. Work on MIS tracking
6. Use the database and the updates for faster execution of the process
7. Prioritize the checks in accordance with the timeline remaining for completion of reports

Desired candidate profile & requirements:

1. Good communication skills
2. Good typing speed & data entry
3. Good in the following verifications employment, education, address, special, quality
4. Strong analytical ability
5. Should have the ability to work under the scope of timelines
6. Should be detail oriented
7. Good interpersonal and communication skills
8. Able to understand the scale of work/matrix assigned of all the clients assigned
9. Should be focused on quality and error free reports
