Operations Support Internship (Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Maintain daily logs of operational issues and maintenance activities
2. Work in coordination with the delivery team to make sure the packages are dispatched and delivered on time
3. Develop a support plan to prioritize and resolve multiple issues
4. Conduct proper planning and keep the team in sync with the changes to streamline processes
5. Take inventory and order office supplies as needed
6. Act as the second-in-command to the manager, and take care of all duties in their absence
7. Address customer issues promptly and accurately
