Operations Internship (Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working closely with the learning team to ensure the smooth functioning of learning operations
2. Reaching out to aspiring candidates through calls and other interventions
3. Engaging candidates on a day-to-day basis to motivate them to complete the course, train, and align their interviews
4. Collaborating with the training team to create content that gets hundreds of people jobs
5. Assessing and qualifying candidates for training and providing 1-1 & 1-many training sessions for the candidates to help them with interviews
6. Acting as a bridge between our potential clients and existing candidates
