Operations Internship (Part time/Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage the recruitment and selection process of the therapist
2. Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and interview feedback in the applicant tracking system
3. Assist with candidate assessments and reference checks
4. Support the onboarding process for newly hired therapists, including preparing employment contracts, and necessary documentation
5. Assist in organizing and facilitating orientation sessions to familiarize new therapists with company policies, procedures, and expectations
6. Organizing weekly training for newly hired therapists

Who can apply:

1. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, or a related field
2. Strong interest in HR and talent acquisition, particularly in the mental health or therapy industry
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
4. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
6. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR databases or applicant tracking systems is a plus
7. Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
