About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:

1. Addressing the queries of customers or partner hotels over calls as well as email and providing the required support
2. Coordinating with the hotels to ensure every booking is well recorded to ensure a smooth experience for the customers
3. Resolving any customer grievances and managing the escalations promptly and appropriately to win back the trust of the customers
4. Monitoring and analyzing the performance of partner hotels and managing healthy relationships with the partner hotels to maximize revenue from them
5. Providing support in other functions as per the need, such as onboarding the partner hotels to our platform, providing research, and engaging in analysis support to product, marketing, business development as well as other teams as required to drive growth
