Operations Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected interns' day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Perform product demo & handling product demo related activities
2. Communicate with the clients about product features and use-cases
3. Maintain continuous communication between the team members and senior management
4. Take new initiatives and come up with new ideas on improving overall team performance and productivity
5. Provide technical support to product users
6. Create reports and record-keeping on the ongoing operations
7. Troubleshoot tickets
8. Address multiple support calls
9. Prepare deployment servers on the cloud for the developed code (LAMP)
10. Attend long calls daily and document the requirements
